Computer speed is always coveted by anyone. Various research efforts and continue to be done to improve computer skills. Some time ago the world's fastest super computers have been present to assist the American military to do the calculation. Now turn to a computer memory technology in the field. Previously you would have heard the term RAM (Ramdom Access Memory) to refer to computer memory. Memory RAM has various types ranging from EDO RAM, DDR1, DDR2 and a few other types.
But it turns out the RAM yet been enough to satisfy the human need for speed demands. Therefore, the German physicist and engineer developed a new type of memory. Named Memory Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM), this memory is not only faster than RAM, but also more energy efficient. The presence of MRAM will likely enhance the development of mobile computing and storage level by inverting the direction of north-south polar magnetic field.
IBM and several other developers are planning to use MRAM, this MRAM will play the electrons to change the magnetic poles. This is also known as a spin-torque MRAM (swivel torque MRAM) technology is now being developed by the German physicist and engineer. By building small pillars 165 nano-meter size, will result in the top layer of the magnetic variable will cause an electric current flows from the bottom up and will play the position of the electron. This magnetic field will change and just need a little time to change this magnetic field. Then north and south poles will switch.
To be sure, the speed of MRAM reach 10 times the speed of RAM. This speed can still continue to be developed in the future.
