Jennifer Lopez / JLo has canceled a Concert. This concert was due to be held in the territory of Cyprus occupied by Turkey. He canceled the concert because it received Criticism that his appearance would be a political statement. It was reported by the entertainment website TMZ.com, Thursday (07/08/2010).
"Jennifer Lopez would never, consciously, to support state, institution, or a regime that is associated with any form of harassment of human rights," said a spokesman for the U.S. singer and actress to the site. "After a full review of the relevant conditions in Cyprus, the management decided to cancel the appearance. It was a team decision that reflects our sensitivity to the political realities in the region," he said again.
Jennifer Lopez is scheduled to perform on July 24, 2010 at a new hotel and casino in northern Cyprus, occupied by Turkey. However, the plan was to invite criticism, including from the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association, based in the U.S., which claimed that the concert will let the receptive attitude of the Turkish invasion in 1974, which makes the island was divided. I have one ad that adds quite make our dollars. And I think your blog is still going to approve because it was pretty good trafficnya.
